Process description:
1. If there is any service demand during the use of the product, you can call the Kunlun General Service Hotline (18676926983) for service application.
2. After receiving the customer's fault repair call, the service engineer can communicate and guide by telephone and give a preliminary solution to the problem;
3. If the problem is not solved through telephone communication, arrange the engineer to provide on-site service or notify the customer to send it to the designated maintenance point for maintenance as appropriate;
4. The customer shall provide the following information when reporting for repair: contact person, contact information, contact address, machine model, number and fault phenomenon;
5. After the problem is solved, there are designated follow-up personnel to follow up and maintain the working conditions of on-site machines, ensure the production efficiency of customers, and conduct service satisfaction survey to further improve the service quality.
